SPICY BUTTER GARLIC PRAWN AND VEGGIE STIR FRY
Ingredients (makes 1 large/2 medium servings)

100 grams Cleaned, deveined prawns (vegetarians please replace this with 50 grams diced paneer/tofu and 50 grams mushroom/baby corn sliced)
75 grams Broccoli florets
50 grams Red bell pepper sliced
30 grams Cubes carrots
1 tbsp Chopped garlic
1 tbsp Slit/chopped chillies
1 tsp Soy sauce
1 tsp Butter
1 tsp Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
Method:
- Steam the broccoli florets for 1 minutes and keep aside (I microwaved this for 1 minute).
- Heat olive oil and add in the garlic. Once it’s golden brown, add the chilli.
- Sauté for a minute and then add prawns. Cook this for another minute.
- Next add in all the veg and cook on high heat for a few minutes.
- Add soy sauce, salt, pepper and butter and cook on medium meat for another few minutes until the butter and soy sauce forms a nice thick sauce.
