QUICK BANG BANG FISH RICE BOWL
These Bang Bang dishes are my new favourite. I’ve used fish here, but you can replace this with paneer, prawns, chicken or tofu. It’s super quick and requires minimal effort. Great lunch option!

Ingredients (makes 1 large/2 medium servings)

For the fish
150 grams Fish fillet/ chicken breast/ block of paneer
1 tbsp Chilli sauce
1 tsp Sweet chilli sauce
1 tsp Mayo
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Butter/Olive oil
For the sauce
1 tbsp Chilli sauce
1 tsp Sweet chilli sauce
1 tsp Mayo
1 tbsp Coconut milk
Method
Method:
- Marinate the fish with salt and sauces.
- Prepare the sauce by simply mixing together the sauce ingredients.
- Pan fry the fish until brown on both sides. Keep brushing any extra marinade on the fish to glaze it. Cover and cook for a minute at the end.
- Serve hot with a katori of steamed rice or quinoa, slices of cucumber, the prepared sauce and a sprinkle of chilli powder.
