CREAMY PEANUT PEANUT BUTTER PANEER BHAJI

Ingredients (makes 1 large/2 medium servings)
Ingredients
100 grams paneer, crumbled
1 tbsp peanut butter (YES YOU READ THAT RIGHT)
3 tbsp coconut milk
1 tsp ghee
1 bay leaf
1 tsp chilli powder
1 pinch turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Chaat masala
1 tsp kasuri methi leaves
1/2 cup water
Salt and sugar to taste
Make a fine paste with
1/2 a small onion
1 tomato
1/3 inch piece of ginger
3-4 cloves of garlic
2-3 green chilli
Method
Method:
- Heat ghee in a pan and add the bay leaf.
- Add in the prepared paste and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, peanut butter, coconut milk and water. Let it come to a simmer.
- Add the crumbled paneer.
- Add water, Chaat masala, kasuri methi, salt and sugar. Cool for another 5 minutes.
- Serve hot with some bread toasted on a tawa with some ghee. 🤤
