HIGH PROTEIN BUTTER GARLIC VEG FRIED RICE

Ingredients (makes 1 large/2 medium servings)

3/4th katori Cooked and cooled rice (brown or white)
1-2 tbsp Chopped garlic
1 tbsp Chopped onion
1-2 no Chopped chilli
35 grams Fine diced carrots
35 grams Fine diced beans
40 grams Cooked and shelled edamame ( you can use peas if not available)
1 handful Shredded spinach
30 grams Small cubes of Paneer/ tofu
45 grams Bean sprouts
1 tsp Butter
1/2 tsp Olive oil
1 tsp Soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
Method:
- Sauté garlic, onion and chilli in olive oil.
- Mix in all the veg and sauté on high heat for a few minutes until carrots and beans soften slightly.
- Add the paneer, soy sauce, salt and pepper.
- Finally mix in the rice, season with more salt if necessary and done!
