CREAMY CHICKEN KORMA
Ingredients (makes 1 large/2 medium servings)

500 grams chicken breast/thigh, cubed
300 ml curd
4-5 slit green chillies
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp ghee
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 bay leaf
Salt to taste
1 pinch sugar
Method
Method:
- Mix all ingredients together. If you have time, let it marinate for 30-60 minutes. If not, no worries.
- Cover and cook on low flame till the oil separates. Add a little hot water if needed to help the gravy emulsify. Sprinkle a little sugar to round up the flavour.
- Serve hot with roti or rice or bread. ❤️
