ASIAN STYLE PANEER SALAD
This super easy Paneer Bhurjee on Toast is perfect for a quick snack. Paneer is a great source of vegetarian protein, but more importantly - Paneer Bhurjee is pure ❤️! Got all the correct Bhurjee - Pav feels today. 🤤

Ingredients (makes 1 large/2 medium servings)

For the Sauce
1 small cucumber diced (I peeled mine, it’s optional)

7-8 medium sized green grapes
50 g
1-2 small garlic cloves (you can skip if you want to but this actually adds a great taste)

7 soaked almonds (you can take off the skins for a smoother looking soup)

1/2 a slice of multigrain bread (I used the last, crusty one)
2 tsp
150 ml almond/regular milk
3-4 ice cubes
Salt and pepper to taste
Garnish - 3-4 green grapes
1-1.5 tsp

1 tsp ghee
1 bay leaf
200 grams paneer, crumbled
1 chopped onion
3 chopped chillies
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 pinch turmeric powder
1 tsp chilli powder
1 chopped tomato
1 tbsp coconut milk
25 ml water
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander to garnish
Method
Method:
- Into hot ghee, add the bay leaf, chopped onion and chilli.
- Once it turns golden brown, add ginger garlic paste and sauté till brown.
- Add the spice powders and tomato.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with a slice of toast!
- Next add in paneer, coconut milk, water and salt. Adjust the consistency to your choice.
