4-5 garlic cloves
4-5 shallots or 1/2 an onion roughly chopped
2-3 carrots roughly diced
50 grams cubed paneer or silken tofu
1 cup Regular/almond/skim milk
Salt, chilli powder and oregano to taste
1 Tbsp Grated cheese
