HIGH PROTEIN GOLDEN MAC N CHEESE
350 Calories per serving with 32 grams of protein

Ingredients (makes 1 large/2 medium servings)
Ingredients
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp ghee
4-5 garlic cloves
4-5 shallots or 1/2 an onion roughly chopped
2-3 carrots roughly diced
50 grams cubed paneer or silken tofu
1 cup Regular/almond/skim milk
Salt, chilli powder and oregano to taste
1 Tbsp Grated cheese
30 grams Cooked pasta ( I used high protein soybean and chickpea fettuccine from @pinkharvestfarms – use code PHFXAATHIRA)
Method
Method:
- Start by sautéing garlic and onion in olive oil and ghee until golden brown.
- Add in carrots , paneer, almond milk, salt and chilli powder.
- Cool until carrots are soft.
- Purée this and add in grated cheese, cooked pasta and oregano.
- Serve hot!
