BUTTER GARLIC CHICKEN RAMYEON

1 packet shirataki noodles (you can actually use a pasta of your choice too - ideally something high in protein)
1 chicken breast, thinly sliced (you can use paneer or prawns too)
1 cup Assorted sliced veggies (I used mushroom and sugar snap peas)
1 tbsp Chopped garlic
1 tbsp Chopped chilli
1.5 tsp Gochujang (try my homemade version)
1.5 tbsp Coconut milk
1/2 cup Water
1 tsp Butter
Salt to taste
Method
Method:
- Sauté garlic and chilli in butter until golden brown.
- Add in your veggies and cook it for a few minutes.
- Next add in your protein, with a little salt.
- Once this cooks a little, add the Gochujang, coconut milk and water. Let this simmer and thicken for a bit.
- Finally add in the shirataki noodles, mix and serve it straight from the pan! ❤️😋
