2 MINUTE EGGLESS MOLTEN CHOCOLATE CAKE

For the cake
2.5 Tbsp powdered almonds
1/2 tsp stevia or sweetener of choice (can adjust according to sweetness) I used @adiabeticchef
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 tsp olive oil
2-3 tablespoons milk
1 tbsp curd
1/2 a ripe banana, mashed
Few drops vanilla extract
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder (optional)
1 tbsp large chunks of dark chocolate
For chocolate sauce
1-2 tsp cocoa powder mixed with 2 tbsp milk of choice and a pinch of stevia (can also mix in half scoop protein powder)

Method:
- Simply mix all ingredients for the cake together in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 1.5 mins on high (keep checking after every 30 seconds).
- Top with chocolate sauce and DIG IN!
