November – One Month Diet Plan

This one-month diet plan is aimed at helping you get healthier and happier, and of course to help you get fitter (provided you also lead an active lifestyle). This “diet” plan forms the foundation of my life now – I follow it every single day. What I have done here is curate an easy and interesting 4-week meal plan for you, and here is everything you need to know about it.
This will be a standard low carbohydrate, high protein diet with multiple vegetarian and non vegetarian options.
Three out of these four weeks will have 1400- 1500 calorie meals per day, and one week will be in the 1200-1300 calorie range. This works incredibly well for anyone trying to get into shape, coupled with an active lifestyle. This diet plan is also PCOD friendly. These plans will be accessible to you week-wise – a few days before each week. The first one will be accessible to you by 28th of the month, so that you have sufficient time to prepare.
These are primarily easy-to-make Indian, home style meals, with a few Indo-Chinese and continental dishes in between to make sure things are kept interesting.
