FIERY, HIGH PROTEIN VEG NOODLES

Ingredients (makes 1 large/2 medium servings)
Ingredients (makes 1 -2 servings based on how hungry you are!)
50 grams Cooked noodles of your choice (I used Edamae Spaghetti from @pinkharvestfarms which has 21 g of protein per serving - use code PHFXAATHIRA)
30 g Sliced paneer
30 g Sliced mushroom
1/2 cup Sliced bell pepper and carrots
1 small Sliced onion
1 tbsp Sliced garlic
3-4 Sliced chilli
literally half a teaspoon Olive oil
Salt to taste
I used 1 tsp Chilli sauce or chilli oil if your choice - Fiery OG chilli oil from @ramanokram
Method
Method:
- Sauté onion, garlic and chilli in olive oil until fragrant and golden.
- Add in the veg, paneer, salt and sauté on high heat.
- Mix in the chilli oil, noodles, toss well.
- Serve it HOT. 😋❤️
