HAZELNUT RESHMI CHICKEN CURRY

Ingredients (makes 1 large/2 medium servings)

Ingredients
50 ml Coconut milk
100 ml Water
Salt, sugar, Chaat masala to taste
2 tsp Kasuri methi
250 grams Chicken breast/thigh, cubed (can use paneer or tofu or Fish as well)
For the marinade -
1/3 cup curd
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp chilli powder
1 pinch turmeric powder
Juice of half a lime
Salt to taste
For the paste
1 tsp ghee
1/2 onion sliced or 4-5 shallots
3-4 green chilli
7-8 hazelnuts (in case you couldn’t find them - replace with almonds)
