LOADED CHICKEN WRAP

For the chicken
200 grams Boneless chicken cubes or paneer cubes
50 grams Greek yoghurt
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
2 tsp Chilli powder
1 pinch Turmeric powder
1 tsp Garam masala
1 tsp Pepper powder
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Olive oil
For the salsa
1 no Diced English cucumber
1/2 Diced apple
1 thick slice Diced pineapple
1 no Chopped tomato
1 no Chopped onion
Salt, lime juice and chaat masala to taste
For the garlic spinach sauce
7-8 garlic cloves
5 almonds
1 handful spinach leaves
2 green chilli
1 tbsp olive oil
40 grams Greek yoghurt
2 tbsp warm water
Salt to taste
To serve
2 whole wheat parathas/rotis

Method:
- Marinate chicken for 15 mins to half an hour and cook covered In heavy bottom pan until brown and completely cooked. Roughly slice this up once cooled.
- Mix together all ingredients of the salsa.
- Blend together all the ingredients for the sauce until creamy.
- Load up the paratha with the sliced chicken, salsa and sauce and DIG IN! ❤️
