IMMUNITY BOOSTING HERBAL COFFEE Ingredients (makes 1 large/2 medium servings) Ingredients 10-12 Tulsi leaves 3-4 Ajwain leaves or “panikoorka” leaves 2 inch piece of Fresh ginger, crushed 7-9 black peppercorns, very lightly crushed 2 cups of water Jaggery or honey to taste 60 ml of black filter coffee or 1 tsp of black tea Method Method: Simmer all ingredients except coffee/tea and sweetener, until the water is reduced to half the quantity.
