PEANUT BUTTER ALMOND MAKHANA

1 cup makhana (fox nuts)
8-10 almonds
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp jaggery powder
Salt to taste

Method:
- Dry roast the makhana until golden brown. You can use a little ghee if you’d like.
- Add in the almonds, a pinch of salt and and roast for a few more seconds.
- Remove from pan and let cool, into the same pan add in the peanut butter and jaggery powder.
- Mix well and make sure the peanut butter reaches a creamy consistency.
- Add in the roasted makhana and almonds and mix well.
- Let it cool before storing in an air tight container.
