Most of the recipes are easy home style meals. I provide a list of easy recipe links from the internet for most of meals, and the remaining will be available on my website/Instagram guidebooks. For the rest, you can always ask me!
While it’s not NECESSARY, I highly recommend it. Any exercise or activity you LIKE – 45 mins a day, 4-5 times a week will be GREAT for you. The one thing I do stress on, even if you’re unable to workout, is walking 8000-10000 steps, every single day. But the bottom line is, yes, I do have clients who have lost weight (upto 4-5 kg in a month) without any form of exercise.

 

Ideally anywhere from 1-6 kg based on your lifestyle.
1. Set realistic short term targets. I wanted to lose 1 kg in the first month, instead of 10. The result of which was that when I actually lost 4 Kg in the first month, I was overwhelmed with happiness and enthusiasm to keep going.
2. Measure your progress everyday.Take a selfie everyday. Measure your waist or hip everyday. If you did 10 sit ups today, see if you can do 20 the next day. Why’d you think I have SO MANY Post workout selfies guys?! To actually SEE my transition. While I wasn’t entirely upset with how I looked in the beginning, I must admit, I get a kick every time I make a before-after post. 🤓 EVEN THE SMALLEST CHANGE WILL MOTIVATE YOU, I PROMISE.
3. Having a time bound long term goal. This is basically how we keep our dream alive – a constant reminder to keep goingI have set a target for myself by end of Dec 2023. I also have one particular body con outfit I want to wear for my wedding end of next year – and I want to show off my future abs in that dress. Am I being too hopeful or unrealistic? Who cares? It does not matter – because I know how to measure my progress with time now, and I know that realistically, I can actually achieve all that. If you have a long term target weight or body size you want to achieve, try to set a realistic date for it. I’ve found this exceptionally helpful in achieving even the smallest of milestones.
